✨Booking & Cancellation Policy✨

• A $25 deposit is required to secure your booking. In the unlikely event that YOU cancel or postpone after securing your appointment after 24hrs of booking, the deposit will be kept. If I personally cancel our session, I will gladly refund your deposit.
* Deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable after 24HRS.*
• A deposit of HALF of your payment is required in order to secure your Bridal Party and/or Group Session at the time of booking.
• PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BROWS ARE GROOMED AND YOUR FACE IS CLEAN BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!! Any extra grooming or cleaning that I have to provide will be an extra $5 added to your service.
• In the case of a rescheduled appointment, you MUST reschedule within 3 days of your prior appointment. After the third day, a new deposit is required.
• Please be prompt for your appointment as services are commenced at your booking start time. After 10 Minutes, a late fee of $10 will be added on to your service, and you will be responsible for paying for the full session.
•Unless it is a joint appointment, for example, the 2 for $90 Prom Special, or you are 16 years of age or younger, please come ALONE to your session.
•NO CALL + NO SHOW = NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. Nothing personal, just strictly business.
